SeibertKeck Names Chief Operating Officer
AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 9 - SeibertKeck Insurance Agency, Inc. , one of Northeast Ohio's largest, independent, full-service business insurance agencies, is pleased to announce that Johanne Williams has been appointed Chief Operating Officer. She will report to President, Craig Hassinger and Chief Executive Officer, Rich Hite.
As COO, Williams will oversee all agency operations, including human resources. She hopes to further evolve business processes and better utilize existing personnel to increase customer satisfaction. Williams believes that greater efficiencies will allow the agency to accomplish the goals set by company leadership.

Williams most recently served as Vice President of Operations at a large independent agency in Canton, Ohio. She also worked as a Risk Manager for the University of Akron. Williams received her C.P.C.U. Designation in 1995. She has served on the Board of the Insurance Women of Akron and the Independent Insurance Agents Association.
