SeibertKeck Appoints New President
AKRON, Ohio, Aug 14, 2006 - SeibertKeck Insurance Agency, Inc., one of Northeast Ohio's largest, independent, full-service business insurance agencies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Craig A. Hassinger to president of the organization. He will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Richard Hite.
Hassinger previously served the organization as chief operating officer. In this position, he worked with SeibertKeck staff to implement a number of efficiencies that allowed the agency to achieve double-digit revenue growth during his tenure. Johanne Williams will take his place as COO of the organization.
Hassinger began his insurance career in 1990 at Westfield Insurance Group and developed his knowledge of the industry as a marketing manager and underwriter. Demonstrating an aptitude for the insurance business, he quickly gained respect as a leader in the industry.
"Craig's experience has proven invaluable to SeibertKeck over the years," said Hite. "He's helped our company achieve a number of critical goals, which have allowed us to serve our clients more effectively. In his new role as president, we expect that he will lead this company to realize an even greater level of success."

Hassinger received his Associates degree from the University of Akron. He continued his education at Malone College where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a member of Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers, Professional Insurance Agents Association, and the Independent Insurance Agents Association.
Hassinger supports his hometown of Wadsworth as a city council member, chairing the Economic Development Committee. He also serves as a board member of the Wadsworth Chamber of Commerce and the Medina County United Way. In addition, he is a trustee for Leadership Medina County, and joined the Wadsworth Salvation Army Strategic Planning Committee in 2005.
