Best Hoovler McTeague Insurance Services Merges with SeibertKeck
AKRON, Ohio, March 1, 2007 - SeibertKeck, one of Northeast Ohio's largest, full-service, independent insurance agencies is pleased to announce their recent merger with Best Hoovler McTeague Insurance Services (BHM), an independent property and casualty insurance agency headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Effective March 1, 2007, the merger will allow both companies to expand into new markets and offer a greater variety of insurance lines to their customers.
BHM's Columbus offices will remain operational, and the company will operate as a subsidiary of SeibertKeck moving forward. BHM currently specializes in commercial and individual lines of insurance; the merger will allow them to expand and offer a broader range of specialty coverages.
