On the customer-service level, SeibertKeck splits day-to-day client servicing between our dedicated customer service representatives and claims staff. Customer service representatives handle billing, policy issuance, certificates and endorsement requests, while our claims staff handles claim reporting and follow-up communications with customers and insurance-company adjusters.

All communications are responded to as soon as possible and in no case, except vacations, will a call be returned later than 24 hours after it is received. If a staff member is on vacation or out of the office for longer than a day, the voicemail or email response you receive will have the contact information for another SeibertKeck representative who can assist you.
