SeibertKeck, meet Jack Kohl

Akron insurance agency SeibertKeck has merged with insurance and real estate firm Jack Kohl Agency Inc. of Ravenna.

In a statement, SeibertKeck said the deal will allow the 48-person firm to expand its geographic reach. Meantime, Jack Kohl said the merger was attractive to his 10-person agency because it would broaden his firm's offerings.

SeibertKeck's services include directors and officers liability insurance and insurance for attorneys, physicians and businesses.

Mr. Kohl's agency will operate as a separate business entity going by the name Jack Kohl Insurance Agency following the transaction with SeibertKeck.
