Johanne Williams - Chief Operating Officer
Johanne Williams joined SeibertKeck’s executive team three years ago, bringing with her 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She oversees all agency operations, including human resources and continually works with employees to evolve and make the business processes at SeibertKeck as efficient as possible.
Johanne graduated from The University of Akron, receiving a degree in business. She began her career in insurance as the risk manager for The University of Akron, followed by 18 years as the operations manger at a large independent agency based out of Canton, Ohio. Johanne has served as a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter since 1995.
