Issues arising in conjunction with the insured’s advertising of goods or services, as well as the insurable offenses that cause damage, besides those included in bodily injury. Examples include:
- False arrest, detention, imprisonment
- Malicious prosecution
- Wrongful eviction
- Slander of a business and/or product
- Invasion of privacy
- Unauthorized use of an idea in advertising
- Infringement of copyright issues in advertising
